These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Harmony website (harmonyfx.me) and client portal (together, the "Services"), operated by Harmony ("Harmony", "we", "us", or "our"). You must provide accurate and complete information when registering, and keep it up to date. To activate a live trading account, you must complete our identity verification (KYC) process, which requires a government-issued ID and a selfie for confirmation. Harmony acts as an introducing broker, partnering with Harmonic to help clients open and manage a trading account on the MT5 platform, and to coordinate deposit and withdrawal requests on your behalf. Deposits and withdrawals are processed by our team after you submit a request through the portal. We may take reasonable time to verify and process a request, may request additional confirmation for a submission (such as a clearer receipt), and may decline a request that fails to meet our verification requirements. Clients may share a personal referral link to earn commissions on the trading activity of clients they refer, under whatever referral structure we make available at the time.
